Yes I do…I walk 5 miles a day. And drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I workout three times a week with stroller strides, eat super healthy, take vitamins and love to walk!!

Honestly, I’ve been praying that God help me to be more healthy & wise in saving money. I am in need of guidance for the coupons though.
I do not have a wellness routine. I’d love to find someone to walk with – getting my husband out of the house some nights after work is really tough. Yes, I guess we could walk in the morning before he goes to work… maybe I should try that! I really need the accountability factor here and that’s the part that’s really difficult to overcome.
I am in the middle of developing one right now. I lost 20 lbs and am working at achieving and maintaining a nice level of vitality and health.

I’m not sure I would call it a routine, but I try. I try to have all of our meals to be healthy and we try to walk 6 days a week (in the morning or at night) and try to work out 2-3 days a week! Key word (we have a 7 year old and a 1 year old) is TRY!!!

I have just started thinking about wellness, better late than never I guess. I have done well changing my eating habits and have lost weight. Need to continue to work on improving my diet and increasing my excercise

I’m trying to!!! I try to exercise everyday and eat well. It’s a struggle for me but I’m trying;-)
I was sooooooooo healthy when I was pregnant. I ate well, gardened and did yoga every day. Post-baby I dropped gardening… but still went to yoga sometimes. Now she is almost 5 and my exercise routine is just walks some days. Pitiful, really.

I don’t really have a wellness routine…I do try to walk and ride bike whenever I have the time when I’m not chasing around my 1-year-old grandson while my daughter is in school. And we’ve been trying to eat healthier lately.

I take vitamins and calcium daily.
30 minutes on the elliptical once in the morning and once in the evening.
Walking as much as I can, every other day, and chasing a toddler and a 7 year old.
