My children unloaded the dishwasher for me without being asked after dinner.
I love to read and I have not been able to buy any books for a while. Last week a had a few friends pitch in and buy me some of the new releases of the series that I love. Its amazing when you have friends that know you and do some of the little things, just to make you smile.
Several times people have pd. for my meal and when I went to the register to pay was told it was taken care of.
My daughter spent her hard earned money to buy me some expensive tinted moisturizer that helps to cover my ugly rosacea. She knew I had been wishing I could afford it, but my husband had been out of work since retiring from the navy, so I couldn’t justify the splurge. It was such a thoughtful gift!
I spent sometime in a nursing home for health reasons, my daughter, who is the most important person in my life was having many issues with her car. For two weeks she had no transportation so couldn’t come visit me. One of the CNAs there found out and drove 20 miles, each way, 3 times a week to bring her to me until the car was fixed. Because of her I got to see my daughter and Grandson. The same CNA, knowing I had no money and was depressed because I couldn’t buy my Grandson an Easter basket, went and made him one. Little cars, candy and a stuffed bunny. She made me cry. That girl will always be in my life now. Im home, but talk to her all the time.
Al lady i don’t even know other than through facebook decided she was gonna share her prize with me. Very sweet.
my dad gave us $500 yesterday toward our $1200 in car repairs next week.
I was having a particularly bad day after receiving news that a job that I really wanted, applied for, interviewed for, and seemed to have was filled by an existing employee of a company. My husband took our 13 month old to visit his parents, and I had an afternoon to cry, take a bath, read a book, and get my head cleared. By the way, I start a new job today, and I am thrilled.
Congratulations!
My sweet 3 year old walking over to some flowers picking them and then hands me the flowers while saying he loves me! One day he’ll be the best boyfriend/husband ever
,
So many acts of kindness, but my BSF group that I barely know bought me diapers for my new baby!
I have been out of work for two years. My former co-workers and I went out to eat. They pitched in and bought my lunch and also gave me a giftcard so I could buy some food. Love those ladies.
when im in a sad mood by daughter will come up to me and give me a big hug and that makes me feel so much better
A friend of mine is staying with us and when I met you grandfather for the first time. I reached out to shake his hand and he gave me money. I insisted that I didn’t need it bc God tells us to help each other, but he firmly insisted that “God told me you need this and that you would know what to do with it” Truely I did need it because I was taking my husband to a doc out of town bc he had injured his knee and was having trouble coming up with the money bc it was unexpected. This gentleman had no way of knowing that I was strugging to figure that out, but God told him, and we were okay. Since then, my husband had his knee surgery and is doing 100% better. GOD IS GOOD!!!!!
i went to the grocrie store to get a meal for dinner and was at the register getting ready to pay for it and this little sweet lady told the cashier here im paying for her groceries and i was shocked i told her that thanks but i have the money to pay for this she replied just pay it foward and god bless you .so ive payed it foward every sence with her in mind.

She called and said that I see you have been posting about your coupons trips on facebook and I get the Sunday paper so I thought the I would send you my coupons. I will put the in the mail to you each week. I am so thankful b/c she thought of me.

When I was pregnant with my youngest my daughter and I went out to eat. The money apparently fell out my pants I was going to pay with and the manager was going to pay for our meal, but thankfully I found it.
I’m lucky my LO loves fruits and vegetables. He’s a great eater. Great prizes too. Thanks.
My coworker bought me lunch when I was having issues with my paycheck not depositing.

I was at my granddaughters school for Grandparents Day. When I walked into her classroom she got up and in front of everyone in the room and said, “Grandma you are the best Grandma in the world” as she came over and gave me a big hug. It made me feel so SPECIAL as I was not feeling the greatest and I was hurting, as I fell and broke my pelvis bone in two places and need to use a cane to walk. It made me glad that I decided to go.
The lady at the local coffee shop in our town gave me free coffee the whole first week i shopped there, just because she is super nice and she knew i didn’t know anyone and she befriended me. I love her for that!
My father has done hundreds of things for me that were the greatest acts of kindness
I have been sick and recently released from the hospital. I just received a care package, totally unexpected, filled with everything I need to take care of myself from my awesome friend Cai! This random act of kindness still has me blubbering. This is the kind of thing that makes you smile even though you feel bad and gives you faith that there is good in the world!!!
Diane, you are an angel! When I found out you were in the hospital, I knew you had just worked yourself to exhaustion! You astound me with all of your hard work and dedication through illness, trials, storms — your work ethic & your positive attitude are a total inspiration! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me, and for Copy-Kids. Meeting you has been a gift.
I had someone who was a complete stranger, pay for my bill once. My daughter wanted to have a banana and so I went to pay for it but didn’t have cash so the woman behind me decided to pay for me instead having me swipe my card. I thought that was just sweet of her!
My mother has stage 4 kidney cancer, and I’d ordered a pattern to make her some head scarves. The seller sent me two patterns for the price of one. Warmed my heart.
When I was younger I was burned in a house fire and all the kids in the high school I attended had a special event planned for me in my honor . They presented me with a scrapbook full of well wishes, cards, etc. signed by everyone in the school. This was done at a dance at the high school in my honor.

Sister – not sitter! lol
My mom lives in Florida but she is ordering my boys Halloween costumes and having them shipped because I can’t afford them and she doesn’t want them to miss out.

One summer, I wanted to get a teenager to stay with my son while I worked. I knew how much I could afford and the mom demanded $300 more than I could afford. My best friend knew how upset I was that I couldn’t come up with the money. A few days later I got a cashier’s check for $300 sent anonymously. Of course, I knew who it came from – but to this day, she has never admitted it came from her.
I was at work and used my last change to buy a drink, but it got stuck in the soda machine. One of my co-workers bought the same soda so that it knocked my down and it turns out that he doesn’t even like that kind so he ended up giving me both. At 5 AM on third shift, this was much needed and appreciated!!!

The teacher that I am interning with is constantly showing me acts of kindness. One of her greatest ones so far is giving me things out of the classroom that she has too much of or doesn’t need any more so that way I can take them into my own classroom. <3

I have seen so many act of kindness, there was a year that I could not afford gifts for my kids for Christmas, I had placed a bid on Ebay and had to tell the woman running the auction that I could not pay for it, I apologized over and over again. She asked me what was wrong, I explained things to her. She had my address from Ebay and she sent us 2 huge boxes of toys and clothes for my kids, it was amazing. My husband at the time and I sat and cried. She was our angel that year!

Thank you so much for all the amazing giveaways you have had. I have only been following you here on FB for a few months, but I have seen that you are suck an amazing person! I am coming up on a pretty big surgery here in a few days, and if I do win anything here, I hope that you will give me a little time to get back with you! If I don’t win anything, it’s all good cause at least I tried! Thanks again!
But there hasn’t been too many acts of kindness coming my way, however, this past winter I helped an elderly woman who was stuck on I-25. Her front driver’s side tire was completely gone! It was about -16 outside and wet…I pulled over to help her and she told me that she was there for 45 minutes and no one bothered to stop. It didn’t take me long to put her spare on her vehicle. When I was done, she said she was afraid she was gonna be late for her doctors appointment and thanks to me she might not be late afterall. I just gave her a hug and told her to drive safe. That was the end of mine and her encounter. I love doing things like that!
That is awesome! Thanks for sharing.
I will take note Erika! Thank you!! I will be praying for you and your upcoming surgery. Be sure to check in with us (say hi) when you are recovering.
I had just lost my house & almost everything my kids & I had & at 8 months pregnant I went to a yard sale & the woman gave me her number & asked me to call her she said she had much more she hadn’t brought out yet, I did & she gave me 1st pick t all her items before she sold them. And she wouldn’t accept a dime!!
There are many acts of kindness daily in our little town. I can’t pick just one. Pay-it-forward at the drive thru mocha stand. And then pass it on. Neighborhoods in search of a lost pet for their neighbor. Search parties really. Door to door coat drives. Once I saw a nice man pay someones grocery tab ( All of it, $100 and some change) at the local market because she was short on cash for the entire amount. Time and time again others that pay someone eles’s check at one of the local restaurants. Sooo many.
My MIL always cooks for us on Thursdays which is a nice treat.
I love candles
A small act of kindness was when my family was in Disney World we were trying to get ice creams and we only had enough money for 4 people and we had 5 with us (because everything is overpriced) and the guy working at the cart said dont worry about it. Its something so small but i think about it sometimes for some reason and it makes me feel like i should do things for more people

My child’s teacher at school knowing that she is special needs has gone out of her wa to make sure she has what she needs for the next class, and that her homeworkgets sent home each and every night. We are so blessed knowing that most teachers will go out of their way to help a child learn.

I have a terminally ill grandson who was awarded a trip to Disney World from Rainbow Connection in Michigan
One day last week I was in the grocery store. Somehow I dropped my change purse out of my pocket and a teenage boy picket it up, tapped me on the shoulder and gave it back. I gotta tell you I was impressed. Many people would have pocketed it and walked away. I thanked him and thought to myself “someone raised you right”
My friend offered to buy me a plane ticket to attend my class reunion.
My children finished dinner and washed the dishes last night.
