Slow Cooker Lasagna

I wanted to share my favorite recipe with you to share with your families! Lasagna in the slow cooker is delicious and very simple to make!

The best part is the slow cooker does all of the work for you!

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 Jars of spaghetti Sauce
2 cups mozzarella or italian blend shredded cheese (divided)
1 egg
2lbs of Ricotta cheese
1 box Lasagna noodles

Prepare:
Brown 2lbs of ground beef in a skillet, drain fat. Mix 2 jars of spaghetti sauce with ground beef. Set aside. Mix 1 cup mozzarella (or italian cheese blend, depending on preference) with 1 egg and 2lbs of ricotta cheese very well. Turn your crock pot on low, then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Take your beef/sauce mixture and spread even layer in bottom of crock pot. Next, put an even layer of lasagna noodles. (you will have to break some of the noodles to make them fit in a crock pot.) Then, take spatula and spread even a layer of cheese mixture. Repeat. You should have enough for 3 layers. Your third layer of cheese will be the 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, just sprinkled on top. Put the lid on and cook on LOW for 3 hours. It comes out perfect! Feeds 6-8

Layers:
beef/sauce
noodles
cheese mixture
